First time staying here and DEFINITELY my last. I booked my room 2 weeks in advance.....drove 3 hrs to get here...and when we arrived.....The ROOM WASNT READY!!! Seemed as though someone had just checked out. I had to "ask" for a discount. I shouldnt have had to ask, considering the fact that their housekeeping staff didnt do their job.
