First - I got a fee - for late payment - while the notice of payment did not ever come - and while looking in the online system - figured out that it was after 26 days of the bill was issued?
Really - there is no even a month for the bill to be paid?
also the charge - is more than 10% of the amount???

Called - tried to speak to the management - and they are asking me to leave a voicemail?
