Heritage Property Management is horrible when it comes to following up and addressing major concerns. I have lived in one of their properties for almost a year. In that time period, I have written several correspondence to their establishment as a whole and to their elected HOA representative tax payer robbing associate Cheralle Williams. We have junk cars, illegal and dangerous parking, trash bins stored in front of the door etc.... It is a real nice place, but there is no enforcement of the HOA bylaws. A little girl almost was hit the other day, because the driver could not see her for his view was blocked due to cars parking on the curb which left him no field of vision. Most of the time my mail is returned because people park and block my mailbox and the mailman is protected from having to leave their vehicle and your mail thus is returned.Don't let the one star fool you, it would not allow me to post until I at least selected one star.It is a typical company with you know whom is at the top. I guarantee patrons in higher income brackets are given splendid customer satisfaction.
