I needed to purchase some light bulbs for my Dodge...

I needed to purchase some light bulbs for my Dodge dash. I went to the parts department and was greated by a very nice lady at the counter. First thing she said to me was Good Morning with a smile. Then she said
"what can I do for you". I explainbed why I was here. She said "sure I can assist you with that". She looked up in the computer for the partsnumber and went in the back to get the bulbs. She asked me "is there was anything else I could do for you" and I said no thank you.
I later found out her name on my invoice is Martha Carlisle.

NOTE:
I taught Customer Service in the Military and I would like to recognise Ms. Carlisle for her GREAT Custoomer Service to me on 11-16-18.
