Appalling service. I had two failed deliveries. The reason for one was driver sickness (fair enough I thought at the time) it was then rearranged for the Monday. I tried to call them all weekend to let them know I couldn t have it delivered then as I was working. No answer on the phones. On the Monday we called and then rearranged for the Tuesday which my partner took off work. Didn t turn up again due to apparently an error with the truck. I then asked for a refund since we were without a freezer and now down a days wage too. It has been 3 weeks now and I haven t received my money back. I ve called countless times to be told 2-5 working days. 1st excuse after a week of waiting was an accountant had to authorise it. 2nd excuse was there had been a system error and 3rd they simply didn t know. How can a huge company like them take nearly 3 weeks to give you your money back. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that they were in a meeting I enquired when they were going to be free and was told I don t know but I ll ask someone to call you before half 5. Did I get a call back?? Nope. I m absolutely fuming and I will never ever use this company again or recommend to anyone I know ever. Don t be fooled by the low prices because if there s a problem you re stuffed. If I could give them minus stars I would.
