DO NOT USE! slow, sent a notary to our closing. He was late, unprofessional, hadn't looked at the paperwork and was unable to actually review any of the terms or fees. Showed up to the house with wife and newborn son 10 days after closing and water had been shut off bc they didn't transfer the utilities.
