First timer! Parked on South side, walked to Vista Point on the north side, and back. Beautiful sunny day, weather was chilly and bridge was windy, but what a view of Alcatraz and the city skyline! Many people out enjoying this iconic marvel, even on Super Bowl Sunday with the 49ers on the field! The walk itself is relatively flat and easy. The roar of traffic is loud. The parks on either side are attractively designed and clean with interesting exhibits. Definitely recommend this unique experience with its beautiful scenery!
