Im very, very unhappy with the staff and customer service. They lied, neglect and never followed up with me in a timely manner. Dont try and complain because they will delay, harass and neglect you. I have spend hours on the phone and email trying to get our new location up. They have delayed it almost 6 weeks, the first mailer was lost, the second mailers codes was entered 11 days ago. They asked for pictures and we gave them pictures. Still no listing. No compassion for loss of business, advertising they are doing nothing to help or inform me of anything. Worst part of google so far.
No apologies for the delay, or misleading me on now three times in the last 48 hours. No compassion about hurting us and standing the way of 15 years of hard work.
Everyone know google is smarter than this and it seems logical that it would not that over 11 days for a map listing. I assume the delay is out of spite and because we pointed out someone was not doing thier job effectively or in a timley manner. 9 other times it went smoothly and now the one time I complain they make me send pictures of the door?? BS, delay from a spiteful employee. Now 11-12 days after verification thur the MAIL and photos of the door still nothing and no contact from google.
Please can someone the runs the my google business contact me. They are doing wrong someone needs to know that something is wrong .
They have lied to me twice and have not once contact me or updated as they said in The pictures here. I have had to contact them everyday because they erase reviews and have not followed up. I need help . PLEASE help
