Corporate sales team makes false promises to get deals done then renegs on verbal the offer claiming they never said it. Make sure you record all communications with AIA staff to ensure they keep their promises. So far after signing up to their corporate deal we have had difficulties making claims on the policy. Two separate emails to the support team has been unresponded (aside from the autoresponse emails) for a month now. Now the sales team are trying to appease the management by giving preferential deals that means the team wont get what was originally offered by the unscrupulous sales team who clearly lied to get the deal done.
