Unfortunately, these bad reviews are absolutely true. I began my case with them and the whole process felt unprofessional and almost like the company were trying to catch me out with Terms and Conditions. I questioned their 25% success fee being too high for my case, asked to speak to someone more senior and got no response. I then got an phone call chasing me if I wanted to go ahead and instruct them having not got clarification on points I raised. I decided to take my business elsewhere to a reputable company that is not taking a cut of my compensation I am owed. I would strongly advise other people reading this with a Personal Injury claim to do the same thing.
