Checked ahead of time to make sure that we would have flu shot coverage at Walgreens. Waited for upwards of an hour for insurance approval to be done. Then insurance company told Walgreens that two of my children were not covered for flu shots. No explanation why even though rest of family is covered. Customer service rep could not get it fixed or figure it out. Even after we checked ahead of time that we were all covered we get this. Unacceptable.
