Don t tell them you won t be back, they will just tell you a lot of other customers have said the same thing. The front end people try their best but ultimately have to deal with the overscheduling of appointments and lack of mechanics at times, making it so people like me have to make multiple appointments just to get things done. Oh, and ALWAYS wait for your car to be serviced. The people that wait in the lobby for their cars get serviced first over those who chose to leave or get a ride instead of being in the lobby, even if their appointment was first.
