The agents and finance people are really really nice. Just wish I didn't have to wait 5-6 hours for the signing and payment. But I've been told that future transaction can be done over the phone. And vehicle can be delivered to your door at no extra charge with the payment. Just waiting for my finace agent to send me the email regarding the activation/access of my Karr alarm system
