Very disappointed with the service. Forcing customers to pay for services/products that has not been received/fulfilled feels like absolutely thievery. Taking the merchant's side in 1 day after putting me on hold for almost 3 months "investigating" is a joke of customer support to say the least. Learned my lesson. Better get a credit card and be relaxed knowing that you get the service/product you pay for or your money back.
