I went again on December 7, 2018 our game play goes on the cards from Thursdays to Mondays and the game systems still wasn't up and running so there wasn't any game play on the cards and I wasn't going to play my own money cause my wife and I have spent and lost alot of money in Monarch Casino the past few days dealing with there mess, my wife had over $40 in food comp and then we spent over $500 on the 4th of December in one day, and we should have accumulated more food comp and she had no food Comps on her new card and our points were not on the cards either so we couldn't get cash back on our cards and on the 5th of December my wife went back to the Casino and lost more money she played over another $500 and her new card wasn't detecting the points either so she was pretty upset talk to a manger and he took my wife's card number down on paper and said he would get together with a Host and fix the problem well it hasn't gotten fixed so I think we will start going to another Casino we can't afford to go to Monarch Casino anymore I think ever since they started building there machines just aren't paying out anymore and we noticed there machines are not fully functional all the Buttons on the machines are not light up so on the penny machines the first 3 Buttons on the machine are not working so the machines are just taking your money, so my wife and I are done with Monarch Casino....
