Okay, full disclosure.... To say I have challenged credit is an understatement. I am less than a full year out from a chapter 7 bankruptcy discharge. I am in California by way of Chicago, by way of New York. I have a job but it isn't exactly the most financially rewarding. Without transportation my option in a job hunt became rather limited as there is only so far I can go, while still ensuring that I can get my son to and from school on time and safely. I applied for a few anyway and secured an amazing position, but now was in desperate need of a car. I figured it was worth a try to at least see what was out there. I walked past 5 grand almost everyday for a year before I got my new job and had heard nothing but great things about them from a few co workers. Given the inside information I have about other dealerships in the are because of my job I decided to go to 5 grand. Just to do a tad more research I decided to read the Google reviews. Perhaps it is because of my East coast upbringing but all the rave reviews only served to make me skeptical...... No one can possibly be that good... Right? However , it appears to be true. Dave is truly amazing. I went in prepared for the typical smarmy used car sales man and every pitch under the book. I expected and astronomical interest rate and I expected a hoopty. None of these things were what I got. Dave is a genuine person who made sure the the day I came in I drove home in a car... and I did. I have an interest rate that even in my best assumed scenario I would have never believed I could qualify for. It may seem materialistic to say that a car has changed my life... but it has. Since moving to Oceanside 2 years ago I have essentially been stuck in a 2 mile radius and now I am limitless. I have Dave to thank for that. I am beyond appreciative and thankful that people like him exist that have a genuine desire to help people. He will certainly be the person I go to when I am ready to upgrade once I gain more stability with my credit. If you are in the market for a car you absolutely must go here first.
