I got a custom engagement ring from Andrew's. From the begining, Mark, Jason and the rest of the staff was friendly and incredibly helpful. I asked a billion questions and was a super needy customer. They understood completely, recognized how important my purchase was to me, answered all of my questions, and worked hard to make sure the ring was exactly what I was looking for to make my future wife's jaw drop. I got to meet with Andrew himself to discuss every detail of the ring, then I got to see a mold of the ring before it was actually made. When I picked up the ring, it couldn't have been better. I was amazed by how perfectly it matched what I had dreamed for the ring. I had to get a picture with all of the people at Andrew's who had helped make it a success. A week later she said YES! ... and not only to the engagement, but to an elaborately planned suprise wedding that night! Now we are happilly married and coming back to Andrew's for custom wedding bands. I will be going back to Andrew's for all of my major jewelry purchases... and you should too!
