I ordered a new car through Essendon Mazda in late June, with delivery due sometime in Sept. There were some anxious phone calls to the dealership in early August, when the whole of Melbourne was suddenly put into stage 4 Covid lockdown, and they were forced to close. These guys did a fantastic job, under what would have been incredibly difficult circumstances, I've no doubt, both professionally and personally. I'm fortunate that I live outside of metro Melb, and after some understandable delays, I was allowed to go to the dealership for a contactless delivery in early Oct. I've had the car nearly 3 weeks now, and I absolutely love it. I've been back for my 1000km service, and I'm very happy with my new acquisition. Huge thanks to Alysha (and Adam!), Laura, Andrew, and the service team for their wonderful efforts during this incredibly challenging time.
