We returned to our home after some time at our Florida condo. We found standing water with mold on the walls in our basement. After looking on line for a record of quick and satisfied customer reviews, we called Quest. Best decision I have ever made. It was a Friday and I fully expected to not have the issue addressed til the following week. Surprise, Pete was there in less than an hour. He called in his team and they quickly began their magic. Pete and his team began and even worked through the weekend. His entire crew was very professional, and a delight to work with. They even had a female on the team, Britney. She was a big help in assisting my wife to emotionally deal with the need to make choices in what to hold on to and what needed to go. Pictures and momentos from 52 years of marriage, 3 children and even our grandchildren make it an emotion laden chore to say keep or let it go to soggy memories. Our basement is now clean, dry and mold free. Thank you to Pete and his Quest team.
