I have a five year contract with Cool Ray and recently had a problem with my A/C. Kirk came out the same day that I called and was thorough and professional in tracking down the problem and resolving it. I very much appreciated being treated as a valued customer and Kirk's attention to detail as well as his perseverance in locating and correcting the problem for me. I would happily recommend Cool Ray.
