The two times I rode with provide a ride was terrible, They had me waiting a hour for them to pick me up for my appointment. Then waiting another hour for my ride to return home. Today 11/9/17 I had ride scheduled and when I called for my return ride I was waiting on hold for the longest time and no one ever answered. I had to call a friend to come pick me up.
