Edit 11/22/19: Down from five stars. The performance of "Thoroughly Modern Millie" was superb. However, the customer service was horrible. Patrons lined up at the door at 7:00, per all the instructions. The wind was bitingly cold. Several elderly people were shivering and huddled together. At 7:05, a patron knocked on the door. At 7:07, a theater employee (blond hair and beard, wearing a headset) opened the door and said sarcastically, "Yeah, knocking makes us open the door faster." Then he rolled his eyes at the elderly gentleman who was standing nearest the door. Stop it. People were freezing. You were late. Don't treat your patrons that way.
