Overall my stay in the hotel was very enjoyable, the sloterdijk train station just 1 minute away from the hotel was extremely easy to use and useful for getting into and out of town. The staff were friendly at the counter. There was a few occasions in which I was waiting at the bar for more than 5-10 minutes due to there being no staff present behind the bar, which was a slight setback but nothing major. The rooms were very tidy and moder, also the cleaning staff are extremely trustworthy, leaving valuables in the hotel room was not a problem. The beds of the hotel were quite uncomfortable after some time however. Especially after a night I would wake up with aches and pains in my back from the surface of the bed. Also the snack food wasn't served 24 hours as said on the brochure so I had to spend an excessive amount of money on a food delivery. Although! The delivery was sent to my room which is a plus. A little more liveliness in the bar and lounge area would have been nice too. There wasn't a lot to do in the actual hotel.
