I was terrified of going to a dealership to buy my first car but once I voiced my concerns about being pressured into something I couldn't afford, my sales guy, Mike didn't pressure me in the least. After a few test drives I made my decision and was then introduced to Ryan (the finance guy). He walked me through the whole process with ease, a lot of patience (because I had a thousand questions) and he made sure that I knew exactly what I was signing up for. I felt no pressure at all and I would recommend Capital Dodge to anyone who is looking for friendly and knowledgeable service.
