Worst dealer I had ever had for my Toyota car. Both Sales and Service section was terrible experience. Biggest problem is people don't respect your time and service is like $300 for eye inspection. A simple lease termination and buyout took 3 hrs. Maybe the person who helped me didn't have any clue. I had to call Toyota Financials and guide this sales person. In fact I was doing their job. This is already 4th time I had a bad experience. I dont want to go back and maybe try some other dealership.
