In working in the property management field, I've been able to see both sides of the Tenant/Property Management company views. I just wanted to give a little input with RESE PM as I know there are good and bad reviews with this company on this site. I have been a tenant with this company since 2016 and still continue to be one for the time being with the home we rent from them. With the basic small maintenance issues, we take care of it on our own due to the fact that as tenants, for example, when a light bulb is out, although we weren't there when a new one was put in, we have some use out of it, so we will replace it. But when there are major issues such as a dishwasher just being old and no longer working, or roof tiles have been torn off by strong winds we've all seen and felt in the past, these have been reported to RESE and although they are bigger projects, RESE was able to get the issues taken care of. We've had nothing but positive responses to our maintenance issues. Whenever a maintenance request is put in, a representative responds within 24-48 hours of the request letting us know that they will be working on the issue. I have read a few reviews that RESE uses gift cards to obtain positive reviews, rest assure, I am not receiving one for posting this, but to let possible new tenants know that there are positive things that this company does.
