Terrible Customer Service. What you remember most from any service you receive is how well you're treated from beginning to end. Shuttle at the airport took over 30 minutes to arrive. Shuttles from other rental car companies came and went at least 4 times before the Advantage/EZ Car Rental Shuttle arrived. Shuttle itself was in terrible condition inside and out. Several windows had broken hinges and were rattling so much, i thpught they were going to fall of the shuttle. Hardware in the shuttle was held together with electrical tape to minimize the rattle. Upon arrival at the counter took about 30 minutes to get to the rental counter (2 customers ahead of me and two reps at the counter). Had the great opportunity to meet Eric. Terrible, just terrible customer service. They didn't have a car in the class I rented, offered me a car on a different class and said that I could come back tomorrow if I didn't like it. Charged me for the different class and I've been trying to call them to switch out the car for the past two days; greeted with a persistent busy signal. Who's in-charge there? Called Advantage corporate line and their customer service was comparable. Pay a few extra bucks and go somewhere else. Natonal has always been awesome!
