when for my daughters bday.. the room was nice.. hotel staff was wonderful!!! and pool staff was ok.. some where helpful others looked bored.. but they are teenagers..the pool was fun.. we had a blast and my kids cant wait to go back again..only isses was a woman wearing a white tangtop with no bra.. and you could see it all and the kids in their street cloths in the pool.. that should never have been allowed!! if you are going to a pool you shoud have to wear swim wear.. not reg clothing.they should of been told.. my daughters nor i or the other kids should have been able to see an adult womans boobs...otherwise.. we loved it!! and we will be going back again
