Today I went to Henderson Nissan to do the service...

Today I went to Henderson Nissan to do the service on my vehicle (which is 2 hours from my home) and I was turned away by Mike the Service supervisor, because I was being honest in a survey I received that scored 400 points. it's not fare they ask you to fill a survey and when your honest that you get punished .. I'll make sure to let everyone know about my experience and I will write a letter to the CEO of Nissan as well as to every newspaper I can find, this is not fare!!!
