I live at The Atria Woodlands Assisted Living Facility in Ardsley NY and have been here several years. I can t say enough good things about it. I did an extensive search, with my family, of the places like this in the Westchester area, and am happy with the decision.

I am younger than most people here, in my mid 60s, with needs of my own. Older people are well taken care of, but as for me, I really like to MOVE. I m delighted to enjoy exercise like Boxing, WII Bowling, and some balance bars that feel like I m dancing.

I thank God every day for a place like this and hope that other people will be happy in their own search for a new home.
