I am a CubScout Mom. I took over a volunteer position within our pack and I am there monthly (sometimes several times in 1 week). The staff is always so helpful, so kind, and patient with a newbie . I am so thankful for them! They have helped me so much. :)

The staff at the NCAC Service Center are very helpful. I appreciate all of the hard work that they do all throughout the year to coordinate fun activities for scouts, especially now that many of the activities are online.
In trying to retrieve a copy of my son's registration I was lied to by there representative Janee Eliss. I have reported her to her superiors and will escalate further as it is amazing g the hurdles a parent has to go through to obtain their child's record.
We visited the Scout Store while visiting the DC area. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We were given some wonderful activities on the History of Scouting.
Emotionally bankrupt executive staff. Way too quick to judge, and not willing to listen to reason. They ruined my life, slandered my good reputation, and completely ruined my son's experience just as he was about to earn his Eagle and go off to college. Just as I was beginning to like the organization again, after that whole "we don't like gays, girls, or people who don't believe in god" phase, they chose to humiliate me, slander me, and then kick me out simple because one person sqwuaked about something scary but UNTRUE. They acted without any evidence too. Suspicion was all they needed, and out I went. Another life ruined by a morally corrupt organization portraying themselves as "reverent". Well, how reverent is it to ruin someone without cause???? It could happen to you. Don't say I didn't warn you.
