Came in looking for an overcoat. Tried a few on and there was one i liked but it was a bit pricier then expected so i wanted to think about it. The lady helping me got really pushy and came with a truckload of reasons why i had to buy it straight away. It got to the point where i experienced so much sales BS i decided not to go for the coat. She had put me off so much i didn't want to buy it anymore. Too pricey and way way way too pushy. 3 Days later i came by the store again, noticed a different staff so went back in. I just had to take another look at the coat. They still had it. Now i also found out why the saleslady got so extremely pushy earlier. It was 50% off now. It had been her desperate attempt to sell it for the full price, knowing it would be 50% of 2 days later. So, store is fine and most of the staff aswell, but this one older lady with the short black hair will never sell me anything ever.

Good service, very nice and helpful staff. Decent quality for a decent price, so no cheap pack factory.

The offer was not entirely to my taste for my wedding but did see very nice clothes for other occasions.

I have just had a very bad experience at The Saint Suit Company in Haarlemmerstraat 84. I bought a suit there and had it adjusted. As it had a little stain, I asked them to remove it while the adjustments were being done. Not only did they not do it, but when I complained, the owner of the store started cursing me, gave me back the money I paid for the suit (but not the repairs) and basically kicked me out of the store. I heard from people that live in Leiden that this is somewhat a common occurence in that place.

In conclusion: do NOT TRUST The Saint Suit Company and be extra careful if you want to buy a suit there. Better yet, spend your money somewhere else.
