joseph barsalona Review of Dobler Management Company
Just wanted to say that people are not getting it....
Just wanted to say that people are not getting it. A pet deposit rarely covers the damage. The moisture test is proof the little dog peed off the pad. They also peel back the carpet and inspect pad and sub floor for discoloration. Moisture doesnt just happen below carpet and cause orange stains. You are paying for replacement of pad, carpet, molding if swelled, tack strip, a pet sealant used to stop the smell and seal moisture, and flea bombing. Yes precious does bring fleas in. Not to mention labor. Carpet alone is about a grand for 2+ bedrooms. I worked as a supervisor for years with another company. Nothing new. If you had a case your lawyer would have done more.
Always everyone else who is at fault. Never have seen a small dog not pee on a carpet reguardless of training. They pee when excited or alone with anxiety. Would challenge you to enter your future unit a few days after you move out. It will smell of urine and dog strongly. Another indication. You are damned by documentation. What you say are words. The proof is already there.
Take your dog out! Pee pads are lazy. Kennel them up when you leave with the pee pad inside instead of on the floor.
