We haven't had an internet connection for 2 days. ...

We haven't had an internet connection for 2 days. It is not possible to open a tiket for feedback. An automatic message is reported for a "CONNECTION PROBLEM IN YOUR AREA .. WE ARE WORKING" so ?? at the end of the contract I will give notice. THAT'S ENOUGH.
