I like the Kia staff. Very helpful. Never tried to pressure me into buying a car, just helped me look at options. Decided to buy a Kia Optima. 1st Kia I ever bought and I love it! Everytime I go back for service the staff treats me with respect and genuine interest in how my experience with the car is. If anything is amiss they are quick to jump on it and make sure it's taken care of. 5star customer service / 5star experience
