I bought 3 years maintenance plan. The receptionist called few times insisting to scheduler AC tune up and maintenance checkup for plumbing.
I could not schedule at first, She called again and I said ok.
AC guy came and told me It will take him whole day as I have 5 units starting from first unit, He told to add UV light. Then next one something with capacitor not working its full capacity, I said Im not interested till it breaks. Last one he comes and told me I have broken fan and its not going to work and to fix it will cost 600$.I asked him, how is it possible it was working fine last night. He said he has nothing to do with that.
While before this tune up my all units were working fine on cooling and heating. This is my first time getting Maintenance Plan.
What a ripoff to create unnecessary expense for homeowner and business for Midway.
People please be aware !!!
