Preston Walker was the technician assigned to my ticket. He called ahead and let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he was extremely pleasant with a wonderful disposition. He was thorough in his evaluation of my system and issue I called in. He even walked me through the inner-workings of my system so I would have a better understanding of its capabilities. He completed his work quickly and I m looking forward to having a fully functioning system moving forward. His demeanor was professional and friendly.
