Although I had an appointment and I came from afar...

Although I had an appointment and I came from afar, this was not taken into account, people came in the order in which they came, at the counter nervous staff that speaks to you loudly, does not even let you talk, to explain what you want. A big disappointment, I have been a Turkish citizen for 28 years.
