Ups: sound biblical theology, loving community of believers, great kids programs, beautiful facility, welcoming, many Sunday school classes to choose from, all are welcome, food is a big thing here, fearless preaching of the gospel (Stezer is the current Interim; he's different from Lutzer but great), parking is easy, endless serving opportunities, diverse, and safe.

Downs: 1) small group life here is lacking. I spent a whole year trying to find a small group, gave up, and formed my own. 2) the staff doesn't answer emails, like ever. 3) there is little variety and no style rotation for our worship music. Same faces every week; after two years it feels mechanical, exhausted, and rote. If I could change anything about my church, it would be this.
