We had very bad experience with Punjab motor . We purchased Mercedes GLE from them and they told us that if you have any issue with car or car tire they will replace it. But when requested for tire replacement they denied to replace that we had worst experience with them

Very disappointing experience. I was travelling from Ludhiana to Mohali but my car broke down on the way and When I Called them, as I was about to reach Mohali, I was denied service as i was from another city not Mohali. Then I called Mercedes Ludhiana and they Picked my car from Kharar and took it Chandigarh Mercedes. I was also given a complimentary vehicle. As per my knowledge Mercedes claims to give service in any city across India. Shame on Panjab Motors.
