I bought a small microphone accessory from Sweetwater and they handled it as if I d bought a whole studio s worth of equipment. I received a personal call to let me know they were working on it, another call when it shipped, a note in the packing, and even a little bag of candy. This place has everything and treats every customer, even a small time musician like me, as if they re VIPs. There aren t enough stars in the review system to accurately depict how great these folks are. Highly recommended.
