This is a beautiful hotel with all the amenities we could ever want.
However it was Kim (the driver) who made this an exceptionally friendly and helpful experience. We returned to Cleveland from our trip to the California Coast but found our vehicle battery was dead. Kim took excellent care of us, after all attempts at jumping the battery failed, she drove me to the nearest auto store to get a new battery to help us get on the road home fast.
The girls at the front desk were also very helpful, Chris helped me print out boarding passes for our flight out, and the maintenance man made sure I could get the new battery installed.
Thank you for all the kindness and care you showed to us!
The Hotel is beyond beautiful but the people are what really make it shine!
