Everyone at Preferred was very friendly and professional. I felt like they genuinely wanted to help me and worked hard for my business. The General Manager, Tony Franklin, is a real class act. Greeting me warmly and treating me like family. My sales consultant, Matthew Koops, was genuine, trustworthy, and took the time to help me find the vehicle that was right for me. I was impressed that he walked me through the different features of the cars I was test driving. Even after the sale, both Tony and Matthew have gone above and beyond to make sure I'm satisfied with my new vehicle and to address any questions or concerns I had.
