I was asked to not return to the practice, after completing treatment for BC. My deposit for $500 for CoolSculpting was made prior to my diagnosis, and despite waiting two years to request the refund, and obtaining a note from my doctor, as requested, their medical director, Dr. Verebelyi, continued to call my doctor for further explanation and to change her mind. When I got upset due to the lengthy delay in processing my request, and the continued calls to my physician without my authorization, I told them via phone message that I would leave a negative review if this continued. Instead of telling me they intended to tell me not to return for dermatology appointments, they sent this letter instead. This is very unprofessional and explains why both of the great doctors I had seen previously had subsequently left the practice.
