I wish I can rate them with zero stars, waited until my warranty was up on my vehicle to say they now know what the problem is with my vehicle after bringing the vehicle to them numerous of times, now they re telling me I have to come out of pocket with almost 800 dollars to fix the situation when they knew all along what the problem was now my warranty is over and I m still paying a note. I will never purchase a car from Richards Honda or a Honda period!!! Honda s aren t #1 Consumers Beware!!!
