Great hotel with excellent location and tip top services. We atayed at this hotel whenever we came to San Francisco. The front desk staff who checked me in, was very professional and friendly. The M Lounge lady, Ms Tan was son friendly and warm and excellent services, making us feel like at home. The food at M Lounge was great. We will definitely be back tp Grand Hyatt SF for our next trip
