We stayed at the hotel for two nights in November ...

We stayed at the hotel for two nights in November 2016. We booked the hotel online and when we arrived at the hotel the check in was and we got room 709. The room had a pretty standard layout with an entrance with wardrobe with an iron/ironing board, a small safe and a few hangers. The room was partially with carpet and partially in dark wooden floor and the walls were light. The bed was kingsize with one duvet the bed was a bit on the firm side but I slept pretty well in it. There was a TV mounted on the wall and it had lots of channels. There was also a small round table, one chair and also a desk with a chair. At the desk there were a couple of sockets for charging various equipment. There was a small fridge under the desk with a selection of drinks and I think it was one of those automatic fridges meaning that you can t really touch anything before it gets charged to the room. On both sides of the bed there were control panels to control light, temperature etc. The control panels worked well but it was a bit annoying that they lit up at night. The wifi was included and it was easy to get connected and the internet speed was good enough.

The bathroom was small but had a glass sink, toilet and bathtub with a shower option. The shower option worked OK without too much splashing on the floor. There were not that many amenities apart from shampoo, shower gel and a shower cap. The shower provided a hot shower and good water pressure.

The cleaning of the room was a bit questionable. After the first night all the trash was not removed from the room, one of the wash cloths was still laying wet in the shower and the hot water bottle that my wife had used in bed had just been wedged into the sheets when the bed was made up.

The location of the hotel is good. Only a 5 minute walk to the Victoria station where you can take the subway it is only two stops to Oxford Circus. The only problem at the moment is that there is lot of construction work and there are lots of temporary re-routings.

All in all this is not a bad option for a hotel if you are going to spend a few nights in London. I would not mind staying there again and I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to family and friends.
