Pros and Cons: Nalley Ford Sandy Springs is THE car dealership to visit and buy a car! I have to be honest and say that I went in with less than perfect credit and was quite nervous because I had been turned down at numerous dealerships. I was also treated with disdain from dealerships that will remain nameless. Then.....I met Mr. Blake Kenya. He called and asked me to come into the dealership the next day. I had slight trepidation because of my negative experiences prior to his call. Nevertheless, I decided to visit and see if I would get a positive outcome. Blake was waiting for me at the front door and greeted me as soon as I walked in at my scheduled time. Once you can get past his salivating eyes and words of enticement, he is able to execute superb customer service. Blake assured me that he would do his best to make my day. Well, I drove home that same day with a 2017 Ford Focus SE!!!!

Oh yes....shout out to Ollin Dunford - Mr. Finance. He was also instrumental with assisting me. Everyone at Nalley Ford Sandy Springs made me feel welcome, and I would - without a doubt - recommend THIS dealership to anyone and everyone because they are truly in the business of servicing customers. In other words, they do not make it seem as if they are just in the "business of selling cars" because they believe in their role to help Nalley's customers feel good and drive off the Nalley Ford lot with smiles on their faces. This is especially true if you need a dealership that believes in second chances!

CONS: After the sale, Blake definitely acted like he did not know me even though he extended himself to any questions. Once I evaded his personal advances, he became abrupt, abrasive, and downright impolite. Nevertheless, Blake Kenya's actions are his and do not define the other employees at Nalley Ford. I gave the dealership "3" stars only because of Blake Kenya. Everyone else treated me with respect and did not make me feel as if I did not have on any clothes.

Lastly, my brand new 2017 car was not presented to me with cleanliness. When a new car is purchased, the car should not have soot and dirt on the car at all, and the tint on my front passenger window looked as if there is a piece missing. Mr. Dunford was informed and directed me to call him, so Nalley could correct their mistake. However, I have left numerous messages to Mr. Dunford, and he has not returned one call. I have been leaving messages since May 2017; I bought my car at the end of April 2017 - this is now September and still no return call! (Sigh)

Thus....like Nalley Ford says, I "deserve to enhance my daily commute," and I am most certainly doing that in my brand new 2017 Ford Focus SE!!!!
