We usually have a great experience here, but recently we found it to be unpleasant. This time we were made to feel like it was our fault. We understand the restrictions of COVID but there is no reason for someone to make us feel like we are fault. This take it or leave attitude is what we expect from Motel 8 not a 5 start hotel. It seems like wallpapering the spa rooms are more important than having a great experience. I guess the attitude is "the more you buy from us, the better the experience is". Not to mention that when the hotel side calls you with a room you better grab it because the very next moment it can be gone. We would of loved to stay over but you are in an appointment sometimes you cannot just grab your credit card an say here is my number. COVID has not changed people it has just given them and extra excuse to not do something. WHERE IS THE LOVE. Never felt this way at a FAIRMONT hotel.
