Horrible!

Horrible!
"Customer service" is a concept they do not understand. Bought my first - and last - laptop on 06/15/20 and it died on 10/26/20. After hours on hold with T/S, I shipped back on 10/30. Since returning, I have spent upwards of 7 hours on hold for chat and phone and the warranty repair center cannot give me any information. Run - run - run away from Lenovo. Their C/S process is a disaster.
